This was our first time to London. We are independent travelers, so we’re booking the entire trip ourselves. After a little research, we came upon this website and You-Tube videos (about 6 months before our vacation). We purchased the 6-Day itinerary and watched many of the free You-Tube videos. While we looked at other websites and videos, we kept coming back to Love and London. Now that our trip is complete, I can honestly say that the content that Jess has created is amazing and was extremely helpful: from getting to our hotel from Heathrow, becoming completely comfortable with the tube, awesome restaurants, fantastic markets, and many hidden gems. The guide was invaluable and worth the cost. Great job, Jess. Our vacation was perfect and you played a big role helping us pull it together.

While I was initially a bit put off by the price for the 6 day itinerary, once I saw it I was impressed by the wealth of information and ways to integrate Google Maps and the planning guide. A tremendous amount of work appears to have gone into creating this. I am looking forward to using this information once we get to London next month.

I booked the 3 day tour that included a digital itinerary and a digital map based on Google maps. Having all that information available on the phone was more useful for me than a traditional travel guide.

My daughter and I were planning a girls trip to London. We started off with a list of places we saw online and wanted to visit. It was so overwhelming! Then I found Jess on YouTube and watched every single video! I knew right then I needed her help and purchased the 5 day itinerary! This guide was really informative, I combined this guide with the videos and feel very comfortable with the different transportation options. I highly recommend purchasing this guide if you plan on staying in London for more than four days.

I’m going to London for the first time and thought that a guidebook would give me the information I needed. Then I stumbled onto Love and London. Jess and her team have created videos and print materials that are really helping me organize each day of my trip. I’m getting a sense of how long it’s going to take to get from A to B, places to have lunch and where I can find a bathroom. Jess’s videos have a nice vibe and watching her go about her day is fun and instructive. I’ve purchased several of her guides and they’re excellent value. Guide books are fine but Love and London has really shaped my upcoming trip. Thanks Jess

Jess packs a whole heckuva lot in her Itineraries offered through her site, Love and London. My favorite elements was the recommended stops, including dining choices on the daily route. What topped it off was the Notion app that provided my guidance during each day, including London Tube maps/stations and locations of public restrooms along our route. The app, alone, is worth the investment!

Jess and her team have done an amazing job putting together a 'well worth it' itinerary. So many choices, so much information and just those suggestions have helped me fill out my London days though I still have some work to do for my late April/early May trip to England. I really appreciate the classy and in depth itinerary and highly recommend to others planning to visit. (Same thoughts go to the Casual Tourist Guides, transport guide, etc--there is nothing lazy about these helpful guides. She even sends updates if you have bought one.)

In 2024 I was already in London, mainly to visit the Harry Potter Tour in the Warner Bros. Studios. After that we only had a very short time to see the city. We also fell for the typical tourist traps - today I know "avoid Leicester Square". But still it was clear - I'll be back. London really grabbed me and I wanted to find out everything about it. First I became aware of the Love&London YouTube channel. Afterwards I treated myself to the Casual Tourist Guide and it did not disappoint me - so many valuable and great tips!
