Digital Travel Guides

Our travel guides are digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase.

By purchasing a digital travel guide, you consent to receiving immediate access to the content and acknowledge that, once access has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable.

As a result, all sales of digital travel guides are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled after purchase.

Trip Planning Consultations

Trip Planning consultations are refundable up to 72 hours before the initially scheduled call with Jess.

Within 72 hours of the scheduled call, consultations are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, we will do our best to find an alternative time that works for you.
