Does this sound familiar?

🤯

I have 40 tabs open and somehow I’m more confused than when I started.

I’ve spent HOURS researching and still don’t know how to organise my days.

🗺️

I’ve saved loads of places on Google Maps… but no actual plan.

What makes this different

Not just a list of places.

An itinerary that makes sense.

Most itineraries give you a list and leave you to figure the rest out yourself.
This one is built to be your on-the-ground best friend.

💎

Major Sights + Hidden Gems

Yes, Big Ben is in there, but so are the canal paths, markets, and neighbourhood spots most tourists walk right past.

Your itinerary, day by day

Each day covers a different route through the city, so you see the most without wasting time on transport.

Westminster, South Bank & Bermondsey

The iconic sights you've always pictured: Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, The Shard, and more, before the day shifts into something more intimate. The South Bank buzzes with life, and Bermondsey hides the kind of spots that make you feel like you've truly found London.

Chinatown, Soho & Covent Garden

You're in the electric heart of the city today. Chinatown, Soho, cobblestoned Covent Garden, areas that have been drawing people in for centuries and still somehow feel like a discovery.

The perfect day to slow down with London afternoon tea and a West End theatre.

Tower of London, Shoreditch & East London

Begin at one of the world's great historic fortresses, then watch the city completely transform around you. Shoreditch's street art and independent spirit give way to Broadway Market and Victoria Park, London at its most creative and alive.

Museums, Notting Hill & Regent's Canal

World-class free museums, a real royal palace, and the pastel-pretty streets of Notting Hill. The day ends gently with a wander along Regent's Canal through Maida Vale to Paddington, the kind of walk that makes you never want to leave.

Hampstead, Camden & King's Cross

Start in one of London's most beautiful and leafy neighbourhoods, then follow the city's energy through Primrose Hill, legendary Camden, and along the canal to King's Cross, where brilliant restaurants, shops, bars and an outdoor cinema are all waiting.

Greenwich, Peckham & Brixton

Arrive by boat if you can. Greenwich is steeped in history and could easily fill an entire day on its own. Then your day shifts again, Peckham and Brixton are two of London's most vibrant, diverse and truly local neighbourhoods. A day that shows you a completely different side of the city.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my guides?

You'll receive these guides immediately upon purchase via digital download.

Is this suitable for first-time visitors to London?

Absolutely. These itineraries were specifically designed to help first-time visitors experience the best of London without feeling overwhelmed. Everything is organised day-by-day with practical local advice, route planning, hidden gems, and easy-to-follow recommendations.

If you want a complete first-timer kit, check our London Starter Pack, it includes the 3-Day Itinerary, London Transport Guide, London Spending Guide, London Packing Guide, and of course access to our private Facebook community.

Do I have to do everything that’s on the itinerary?

Absolutely not, and we'd never expect you to. We include a wide range of activities, sights, and food and drink recommendations to suit different tastes and budgets. You choose the highlights that appeal to you most. We usually suggest picking 3–6 sights per day plus meals, and you can track everything in the included checklist.

How far in advance should I buy?

At least a week before you travel, ideally more. We recommend reading through the PDF before you arrive so you can get familiar with our recommendations and some restaurants and attractions do require advance booking. The Bookings and Tickets Tracker will help you stay on top of this, and the Attractions Pass Calculator will help you figure out whether a pass will save you money.

I have dietary requirements, will the food suggestions suit me?

London is generally great at catering for dietary requirements, and we've included a variety of options that should suit just about everyone (markets are especially good for this!). Every food and drink recommendation is labelled for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friendliness throughout the itinerary. That said, we always recommend checking the menu online before you go, or calling ahead as restaurants can often accommodate you with a hidden menu or something made specially if you give enough notice. Jess is vegetarian herself, so if you are too, you'll be well looked after.

Does it cover wheelchair accessibility?

Yes, every recommendation that’s wheelchair accessible has an indicator so you can easily know if it’ll work for you. If you'd like more detailed guidance, please reach out to us via live chat, or email hello@loveandlodnon.com and we'll do our best to help.

How does the Digital Map work?

Your Digital Map has every recommendation from the PDF itinerary pinned on it, plus indicators to help you “stay on track” with the general path of the itinerary. It integrates with Google Maps, so you can tap any spot and instantly get walking, cycling, taxi, or transit directions. You'll also find the Toilet Guide in the Digital Map. Works on any iPhone or Android.

I'm on a budget, will this work for me?

Absolutely. Nearly all attractions included in the itinerary are either free or can be experienced “as a taste” from the outside, therefore there’s no need to buy entrance tickets if that’s not in your budget. We include budget-friendly food options marked with a single £. Honestly, if the itinerary saves you from one or two mediocre overpriced tourist meals, you've already made your money back, never mind the hours of planning you won't have to do.

What's the Facebook Group membership?

It's a curated, invite-only Facebook Group with expert moderators (people who truly know London), a members-only community with no spam or repeated beginner questions, and a great way to connect with others visiting around the same time as you. Your lifetime membership is included with your itinerary purchase.
