My first trip back to London in over 30 years so I was in need of suggestions, tips and advice. I am so glad I purchased the guides! Along with the many fabulous videos by Jess on YouTube, I saw and did things in London several Londoners were surprised to learn about. The suggestions for tours (Take Walks and Rebel Tours) were highlights of the trip. Tube strikes and rainy weather presented challenges but the daily itineraries were super flexible and easy to adapt. So even with challenges, we found a wide ranges of activities and made the most of our time in the city. I also appreciate that I reached out with a question and received a prompt response with a recommended service for transport back to Heathrow so I could relax about the final leg of our trip (Picadilly line wasn't running which I had planned on using as it would have been direct line to our hotel.) Every tip was invaluable and we felt like pros moving through the city, seeing and doing so much in our week long stay. Great to work with real people and not AI generated suggestions!
